The European Technical Approval ETA-09/0248 has got the second highest standing after a European harmonized standard.
Canada Plus Type 2B Standard Couplings, Bushes, Adaptor Couplings MAC, as well as Drain Couplings MDC have been approved on a European level for applications below and above ground for both buried and non-buried pipes of all materials.
The EOTA (European organization for technical approvals) is based in Brussels and has developed this approval in partnership with the French CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment).
27 European testing boards accepted and validated the European Technical Approval ETA-09/0248 for their domestic markets.
All testing boards mentioned below are members of the EOTA.
